Technical Details
Static Adverts
These should be supplied as jpg (preferred option), png or pdf files. The dimensions of the images should ideally be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Video Adverts
These can be supplied in the majority of standard formats. Please see the detailed technical notes supplied by our software supplier below:
Supported Formats
YouTube videos are supported out-of-the-box, so they just get downloaded in the best possible quality (up to 1080p).
Vimeo videos are supported out-of-the-box, so they just get downloaded in the best possible quality (up to 1080p).
Live Streaming Videos (YouTube, UStream, custom HLS, RTMP/RTSP streams). These will have to be delivered by the stream in H.264 format to make sure they will be played back.
PowerPoint files are converted to videos on our servers, retaining all transitions and animations.
